The 2023 Florida Homebrew Competition Circuit Season continues with the results of the 2023 Hurricane Blowoff released.

The 2023 Hurricane Blowoff from the Palm Beach Draughtsmen took place on April 29th, 2023.

There were 214 entries judged in 30 medal categories.

The big winners of this competition were:

Clint Shannon – 1st place Best of Show – English Porter
Chris Soborowicz  – 2nd place Best of Show – Eisbock
David Cooper– 3rd place Best of Show – Wee Heavy

David Florea – 1st place Best of Show Mead/Cider – Specialty Cider/Perry
Joe Peters – 2nd place Best of Show Mead/Cider – Berry Mead
Luca Kluz – 3rd place Best of Show Mead/Cider – Sweet Mead

Hurricane Blowoff also debuted there new “PINK!” category for there 2023 competition – beer that look and invoke the color pink were encouraged to enter. Here are the winners of this inaugural category:
